Code is increasingly written by machines: Claude, Copilot, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode, open models, models that do not exist yet. Someone has to verify that code does what was asked, does not break what it should not, is secure, and meets each organization's rules. That verification only counts if whoever does it has no stake in the outcome.

Model providers cannot govern their competitors neutrally.

Platforms with their own agent cannot be the impartial judge of others.

Whoever sells the agent cannot be its auditor.

We will never build an agent that writes code.

Not a foundation model, not an IDE, not a tool that competes with what we govern. We govern everyone's code; we compete with no one.

We support any model and any agent.

In our cloud, in yours, or, when ready, on your server. You can choose by region, by cost, or by policy. No one is a favorite, and no commercial deal will change which model we recommend.

Every AURA decision is explainable.

Which criterion failed, which policy applied, what evidence there was, in which file and line. A verdict that cannot be explained is not governance; it is opinion.

We publish our mistakes.

Control precision — how often a human corrected AURA — appears in your monthly report. If we are wrong above the threshold, it is our incident.

Your configuration is yours.

Policies, specifications, and history can be exported at any time. We lock no one in: that is why people stay.

Your code does not belong to us.

It is processed ephemerally, is not stored after review, and is never used to train models. It is in the contract, not only on this page.

This commitment is not a marketing strategy: it is an architecture, hiring, and corporate governance decision. We do not hire anyone who wants to “also build the agent.” If someday an investor, partner, or customer asked us to break it, the answer would be the same as today.
