Five modules. One act at a time.
The next layer does not launch until the previous one is won with paying customers. Nothing labeled alpha is billed. And no date is promised for what is still only a good idea.
AURA Review
0–100 verdict on four criteria, policies as code, auto-merge, executive report. Code review that decides, not just comments. The only module with a price today.
AURA Runtime · free
Local CLI, web approval, one queue for all agents. Free on every plan from E2. Desktop under construction. Invite-only beta.
AURA Spec
From idea to dual spec. We use it daily; no charge until general availability.
AURA goes public
Review with Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Founding Teams: 30% for life for the first 100 organizations that pay for Pro. Spec in early access. Runtime free from E2.
AURA Hack: The New Paradigm
48 hours directing agents. US$1,000 pool, licenses, early access, and credits. Date and venue announced to registrants. No public date here.
Spec · general availability
Defined credits, Jira import, automatic Intent criterion in Review from any spec.
AURA Orchestra in Pro
The Pro version of Runtime: flows, missions, roles. Included in Pro from E5 (2027). Unlimited on Enterprise. Runtime stays free.
Security add-on
Continuous CVEs with remediation PR. +US$7 per seat on any paid plan.
AURA QA
The Achilles heel: testing what agents produced against the spec. Vision, not a milestone. No billing or launch date.
AURA Key and AURA Cloud
Key: agent identity and permissions (who can do what, with what budget). Cloud: run the cycle off your machine when the team asks. They are peripherals, not the product. No public date until a functional alpha.
Provenance registry and self-hosted
Which agent and model generated each change, who approved it, with what evidence. Self-hosted for Enterprise. No date until they are in alpha.
AURA Key
Identity for each agent: permissions, budget, log. Not a sixth step in the cycle. It is the key when the fleet is no longer “the terminals on this machine.”
AURA Cloud
The same Runtime, off your laptop, when the team needs a shared cloud queue. It does not replace the local CLI. It has no date.
How to read this roadmap
Available can be bought today. Early access and invite-only beta work but are not billed. E2 = Runtime free. E5 = Orchestra in Pro. Under construction and Vision have no billing date. We prefer a customer surprised by what arrives early over what never arrived.
