Terms of service

Version 1.0 · Effective October 13, 2026 · Draft for legal review before publication.

1. Who provides the service

AURA is operated by NOVACODIFY S.A.S., a company incorporated in Colombia (hereinafter, “AURA”). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The service

AURA provides software tools for governing the development lifecycle: specification (Spec), agent coordination (Runtime and Orchestra), code review with a verdict (Review), and, when ready, testing (QA). Each module's status (available, early access, beta, under construction) is published on the site; modules in early access, beta, or under construction may change without prior notice and do not incur charges.

3. Your code and your data

Your code is yours. AURA processes it ephemerally solely to provide the service, does not store it after review, and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models. AURA retains findings, verdicts, configuration, and metadata to provide your history and reports. You may export your configuration and history at any time. Customers may sign a Data Processing Agreement.

4. Accounts, seats, and billing

A seat corresponds to each person (or, when so specified, agent) who is the author of at least one reviewed Pull Request during the billing period. Prices are published in United States dollars; amounts in other currencies are referential. Billing is monthly or annual, in advance. You may change plans or cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchased credits do not expire; bonus credits expire after 12 months.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AURA for illegal activities, to attempt to access other organizations' data, to resell the service without authorization, or to circumvent the technical limits of the contracted plan. AURA may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of imminent risk.

6. Neutrality and explainability

AURA commits not to develop code-generation agents or to favor model providers through commercial agreements, and to make every verdict explainable. These commitments are detailed on the neutrality page and form part of these terms.

7. Availability and support

AURA strives to maintain high availability and publishes its status on the status page. Support levels by plan are described on the pricing page. Service level agreements (SLAs) apply only to Enterprise customers under a specific contract.

8. Limitation of liability

AURA assists engineering decisions; final responsibility for the code that is merged and deployed rests with your organization. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be attempted in good faith between the parties.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Contact: legal@aura-control.com.
